Common questions
Who pays Stripe processor fees?
You do, at the actual rate Stripe charges. Concord does not mark up processor fees. The platform fee shown on each plan is the only fee Concord collects.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately so you get instant access to new tools and higher limits. Downgrades are blocked until your active products fit within the target plan, ensuring nothing breaks mid-sale.
Can I change my payout currency later?
You can change your payout currency only before you create any paid products. Once a paid product exists, your currency is locked to protect existing subscribers and financial records.
What happens if I pause monetization?
Pausing stops all live selling and new purchases without deleting any products, members, or financial history. You can resume at any time and everything picks up where you left off.
How do trials work?
Trials are available on the Growth and Studio plans. You can set trial periods from 1 to 90 days on any recurring tier. Members get full access during the trial and are billed automatically when it ends unless they cancel.
What analytics do I get?
Analytics are tiered by plan. Core gives you starter metrics like active paid members, MRR, and payout history. Growth adds conversion analytics including paywall views, checkout starts, and trial-to-paid rates. Studio adds LTV, ARPPU, cohort retention, churn analysis, and payout forecasting.
What are embed widgets?
Embeddable components you place on your own website. Concord offers a circle preview widget and a tip widget. Embed widgets are available on the Studio plan only.
